1.1 Age Requirement

New users on zbz8 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposited funds. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Separate terms apply to each promotion — please read the details of the relevant promotion
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or proxies will result in bonus cancellation
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active before wagering requirements are met will result in cancellation of the bonus and any bonus-related winnings
• zbz8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus

4.4 VIP Program

zbz8's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy weekly cashback benefits (Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.3%, Gold: up to 0.5%, Platinum: up to 0.6%, Diamond: up to 0.8%). VIP benefits are subject to change.

5.1 Game Results

All game results on zbz8 are determined by a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system. We use platforms from reputable game software providers to ensure fair play.

5.2 Betting Limits

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play

• Attempting to hack or defraud other users or the platform's systems
• Opening an account under a false identity or using a third party's payment method
• Participating in team-betting or collusion

If such activities are suspected, zbz8 reserves the right to suspend transactions on the relevant account until the investigation is complete.

7.1 Closure by the Platform

zbz8 may close any account without prior notice due to a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. Upon account closure, legitimately earned balances (after verification) will be returned, but bonuses or suspicious winnings will be forfeited.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please submit a withdrawal request for your available balance before closing the account. Bonuses will not be refunded if wagering requirements have not been met.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

zbz8 may impose an inactivity fee on accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. If no contact is made after a specified time, the account may be permanently deleted.
